THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT
(No. 3 of 2012)
REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT
WHEREAS Selina Ingui Kibeli (deceased), is registered as
proprietor of all that piece of land known as Nandi/Serem/439, situate
in the district of Nandi, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s
Court at Kapsabet in succession cause No. 29 of 2018, has issued grant
of letters of administration in favour of John Inoli Indimu, and whereas
all efforts have been made to recover the land title deed be surrendered
to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that
after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided
that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to
dispense with the registration of the said instrument of transmission
and issue a land title deed to the said John Inoli Indimu, and upon such
registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Selina Ingui
Kibeli (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
